Happy Sunday, friends! I'm back today with an EGG-cellent and colorful Easter card. I chose a rainbow theme, but you can select your favorite color combination.
I trimmed the green paper from the Speckled 6x6 Paper Pad to 4x5.25 inches and added it to heavy white cardstock in A2-sized.
Next, I die-cut one large Easter egg using the largest die from the Egg Dies and Stencils Bundle.
I then inked the egg with Catherine Pooler Ink Pads. I swiped the pad directly onto the paper. I first used Limecello in the center, which helps avoid contaminating your lovely yellow ink pad. Next, I used Pucker Up at the top of the egg, overlapping with the yellow to create an orange stripe. I then swiped Something Borrowed at the bottom, overlapping with the yellow to create a green stripe.
I then added the sentiment from the Easter Rub-On Transfer Set to the center of the egg. I removed the transfer film and added foam tape to the back of the egg.
I added the egg to the panel. Finally, I glued Metallic Gold Sequin Confetti for a pop of sparkle.
All done! I hope this inspires you to create today!
